Will PRO4 work in my country?
Yes. PRO4 supports 110–240 V / 50–60 Hz. International orders include an EU Power Cord and US / EU Plug Adapters. China domestic orders are supplied with a China-standard power cord.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes on delivery?
For supported destinations, the price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. Delivery, import duties and taxes are included.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders are shipped in plain outer packaging with no F-Machine branding or product description identifying the contents.
Does PRO4 require assembly?
Some simple assembly is required. The support stand is secured with screws, the thrust rod inserts and hand-tightens, and the attachment is fitted by hand. A Tool Kit is included where needed. Once assembled, plug PRO4 in and it’s ready to use.
What attachments can I use with PRO4?
PRO4 supports a 360° Anti-Rotation Quick Release and a Vac-U-Lock interface for compatible toys. Toys with suction-cup bases can also be used with the USB Dong Adapter. Confirm size, material, weight and stability before use.
Which PRO4 configuration should I choose?
For a first purchase, start with the standard configuration. It includes PRO4 with Solid-Steel Support Legs, Wired Variable-Speed Controller, Push Rod — 510 mm, standard interfaces, 8-inch Silicone Toy, Tool Kit and Padded Carry Bag. Add the USB Dong Adapter for suction-cup toys, the FlexiFuk Flexible Adapter for improved angle alignment, the Ground Anchor for higher-load use, or the Double Trouble dual mount for a two-accessory setup.
Can I return PRO4 after it has been opened or used?
For hygiene reasons, PRO4 is classified as an intimate-use product. Unless there is a quality issue, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm the model, packaging, included items and exterior condition before opening.
How long is the warranty?
F-Machine products purchased through authorised channels are covered by a 12-month limited warranty. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised disassembly, abnormal use or incompatible accessories is not covered.
