    Will TREMBLR work in my country?

    Yes. TREMBLR supports 110–240 V / 50–60 Hz. International orders include a Power Adapter + EU Power Cord and US / EU Plug Adapters. China domestic orders are supplied with a China-standard power cord.

    Will I need to pay import duties or taxes on delivery?

    For supported destinations, the price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. Delivery, import duties and taxes are included.

    Is the packaging discreet?

    Yes. Orders are shipped in plain outer packaging with no F-Machine branding or product description identifying the contents.

    Does TREMBLR require assembly?

    Some simple assembly is required. Connect the air hose to the main unit and receiver, then fit the selected receiver and matching silicone sleeve. The included manual provides the setup steps.

    Can I use TREMBLR without the app?

    Yes. TREMBLR can be controlled with the included wireless remote without the app. The F-Machine Connect App adds local control and remote interaction.

    What receivers and sleeves can I use with TREMBLR?

    No.

    TREMBLR requires its dedicated receivers and matching silicone sleeves.

    Conventional masturbators do not include the required air path, sealing system or duckbill one-way air valve, so they cannot operate correctly with TREMBLR’s negative-pressure system. Use TREMBLR receivers, original silicone sleeves and receiver seal caps when replacements are needed.

    What receiver sizes are included with TREMBLR?

    TREMBLR includes M, L and XL receivers with matching silicone sleeves.

    Which TREMBLR configuration should I choose?

    For a first purchase, start with the standard configuration.

    Add original silicone sleeves if you want replacement consumables on hand. Add the 525 Shorts for a more stable hands-free setup, or the 525 Shorts Pro for rear-zip access and multi-device configurations.

    How often should the silicone sleeve be replaced?

    The silicone sleeve is a replaceable consumable. Service life varies with frequency of use, cleaning method and storage conditions.

    Replace the corresponding sleeve if elasticity decreases, fit becomes weaker, or the surface shows ageing or damage.

    Can I return TREMBLR after it has been opened or used?

    For hygiene reasons, TREMBLR is classified as an intimate-use product. Unless there is a quality issue, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm the model, packaging, included items and exterior condition before opening.

    How long is the warranty?

    F-Machine products purchased through authorised channels are covered by a 12-month limited warranty. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised disassembly, abnormal use or incompatible accessories is not covered.
